One of the largest Estate Agent in the North East offering an innovate hybrid of online & traditional estate agency services.
Key responsibilities:
Set up the design department to provide digital and print work to maximise business opportunities. Impact of work has led to the generation of business leads and increase engagement.
Develop the company presence on social media platforms to raise brand awareness throughout the North East. Since April 2018 social media engagement has increased 40% and strengthens each month. Significant growth in traffic to the company website and developing audience friendly.
Led on producing a regional TV Campaign on ITV to increase awareness of North East Agency. Leads have increased by 35% throughout the broadcast of the television advert campaign.
Organised the biannual Signature North East Charity Ball held at The Sage, Gateshead in December 2018. It was sponsored by Aston Martin, Grosvenor Casino, Barclays and Lowes financial Management. The event raised generous funds for Metro Radio, Cash for Kids and The Chronicle’s Sunshine Fund and also increased our brand awareness in the region.
